CuraWeb Innovations Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to upholding the intellectual property rights of others and anticipates that our users will do the same. In alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address reports of copyright infringement that occur through our service when such reports are forwarded to our Designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the example notice below.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Clearly identify the copyrighted material you believe has been infringed; if there are multiple copyrighted works included in this Notice, you may provide a representative list of those works.
2. Specify the material or link you assert is infringing (or involved in infringing activity) and that you wish to be disabled, including at a minimum, if relevant, the URL of the link on the Site or the exact location where the material can be located.
3. Include your company affiliation (if any), mailing address, phone number, and, if applicable, your email address.
4. Ensure the following statements are included in the Notice:
* "I have a reasonable belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted work is not sanctioned by the copyright holder, its agent, or the law (for instance, under the fair use doctrine)."
* "I affirm that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am either the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or the exclusive right holder whose rights are allegedly being infringed."
5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal consequences.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which has been removed (or for which access was disabled), is not infringing, or that you possess authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright holder's agent, or according to law, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your electronic or physical signature;
2. Identification of the content that was taken down or had access disabled, along with the location where the content was available prior to removal or disablement;
3. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification of that content;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, a declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a declaration that you will accept service of process from the individual who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may forward a copy of it to the original complaining party, notifying them that we could restore or cease disabling the removed content within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored or access reinstated within 10 to 14 business days or at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA and relevant legislation, we have instated a policy for terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or close accounts of users who violate any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether such violations are repeated.
